Computational thinking and integrated design are central Matt’s approach. Having over 10 years of experience in healthcare, science and tech, and commercial building design, he splits his time designing and coordinating complex projects with being a computational design and sustainability resource for Perkins & Will’s Seattle studio. As a member of studio leadership, he advocates and works with teams to develop workflows and tools to increase the performance of their buildings. Embodying Perkins & Will’s Living Design philosophy, he works to address embodied and operational carbon, health and well-being, and inclusion by addressing the way we design.
